 Meditative Trail Walks

Take a break to recharge on a Halton Hills trail with Chantal Garneau's meditative walks, intended to help us reconnect to ourselves and to our local habitat. Recordings are currently available for Fairy Lake, Hungry Hollow, and the Limehouse Conservation Area. Scan the QR code on the sign at the trail head or download it as a podcast episode ahead of time.
