There are new hours of operation, washroom availability and activity use at our splash pads and parks due to COVID-19. Please check the Town of Halton Hills Website - Closure and Service Adjustments for updates before you visit a park or splash pad.

Splash Pads 

Halton Hills splash pads are open daily from the Saturday of Victoria Day Weekend to the Monday of Labour Day Weekend. There are some important new restrictions for splash pads in place since COVID-19, and we encourage visitors to plan ahead and review the new rules on the Town of Halton Hills website prior to leaving the house.

Dominion Gardens Splash Pad

A range of flower inspired water play features. Parking available at Christ the King School and Dominion Gardens Park parking lot.

Gellert Community Park

Providing an element of water play within the Gellert Community Park, the splash pad provides the perfect place to cool off after enjoying the playground, baseball diamonds and soccer fields.

Superior Glove Splash Pad

Located next to Fairy Lake in Prospect Park in Acton, this water play area has a fishing theme and boasts a range of jets and features to enjoy.

Parks

Part of Halton Hills' charm and beauty is highlighted with our acres of outdoor green space. Take a breath of fresh air in our parks with your family, friends and four legged friends. 

Visit the Town of Halton Hills website to see a full list of all parks and facilities including washrooms and ball diamonds, tennis courts and picnic areas at each park.

The Norval Community Association invites you to visit the Lucy Maud Montgomery Children’s Garden of the Senses. The Association is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to fostering community spirit, organizing community events and programs, beautifying Norval, and preserving the local heritage including that of Lucy Maud Montgomery, a one-time resident of Norval.

The public can visit the garden free of charge. If you wish to make use of the Garden facilities, please visit the Garden of the Sense Website.

 The Gellert splash pad is located at the Gellert Community Park on 10241 8 Line, Georgetown, ON L7G 4S5.
What is the Acton splash pad called?
 Superior Glove Splash Pad is located next to Fairy Lake in Prospect Park in Acton, this water play area has a fishing theme and boasts a range of jets and features to enjoy.
How many splash pads are there in Halton Hills?

There are three splash pads in Halton Hills: Dominion Gardens Splash Pad, Gellert Community Park splash pad, and Superior Glove Splash Pad at Prospect Park.
